Cancellation Charges - After receiving application for cancellation along with original receipt of payment-(not counting the date of booking) the following will be applicable.

In case the possession of the room is not taken within 24 hours of the check in date and time prior cancellation is not done by the applicant in writing then the booking stands cancelled automatically without refund.
Only applicants are allowed to stay in the rooms and the receipt will be made in the applicant's name only
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the management and the trustees have the right to change the room which was allotted at the time of booking and if the facilities provided in the alternate new room are not matching, no complaints for the same will be entertained.
In case of any loss or damage to the property, market value will be recovered from the guest for damages caused
It is the responsibility of the guests to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to their belongings.
Consumption of non-veg food, alcohol, Gukta etc. is strictly prohibited. Gambling & Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
Outside food is not permitted in rooms - Where room is with kitchen equipment.
No single person is allowed to stay alone in any room.
The trustees have all the rights to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
