TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Refundable security deposit in cash to be paid on check-in and on check-out the same will be refunded.

2. Extra persons in the room will be charged as per applicable tariff chart.

3. Every guest should carry the original Aadhar Card for verification.

4. Name transfer charges Rs. 300/- (Any one name transfer allowed only once).

5. Air-condition charges are optional. (To be paid at Kapol Bhuvan) (If Air-condition is installed).

6. Date changes not allowed. (To be treated as cancelled).

7. Food charges are mandatory, to be paid to the canteen directly on arrival.

8. Main gate of the Kapol Bhuvan will remain closed from 10 pm to 8 am.

9. Cancellation Charges - After receiving application for cancellation along with original receipt of payment-(not counting the date of booking) the following will be applicable.

   1) Before Clear 16 Days-10%	2) Between 15 to 8 Days-25%	3) Between 7 to 3 Days-50%	4) Between 2 to 1 Days-90%

   5)after that full amount will be deducted from amount paid at the time of booking the decision of trustees and Manager will be final and binding

10. In case the possession of the room is not taken within 24 hours of the check in date and time prior cancellation is not done by the applicant in writing then the booking stands cancelled automatically without refund.

11. Only applicants are allowed to stay in the rooms and the receipt will be made in the applicant's name only

12. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the management and the trustees have the right to change the room which was allotted at the time of booking and if the facilities provided in the alternate new room are not matching, no complaints for the same will be entertained.

13. In case of any loss or damage to the property, market value will be recovered from the guest for damages caused

14. It is the responsibility of the guests to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to their belongings.

15. Consumption of non-veg food, alcohol, Gukta etc. is strictly prohibited. Gambling & Smoking is not allowed in the premises.

16. Outside food is not permitted in rooms - Where room is with kitchen equipment.

17. No single person is allowed to stay alone in any room.

18. The trustees have all the rights to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
